We collect personal information necessary to fulfill marketplace transactions, including your name, delivery address, 10-digit mobile number, email address, and order history. Merchant sellers additionally provide business registration details (PAN, GSTIN, FSSAI, and Bank A/C payout information).
2. Purpose of Data Processing
Your delivery information is shared strictly with verified courier partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post) to deliver your parcels, and with payment aggregators to authenticate UPI/Card payments. Sipifai never sells, rents, or monetizes customer personal data to third-party data brokers.
3. Data Security & Storage
All sensitive information, including passwords and payment tokens, is encrypted using industry-standard hashing and SSL encryption protocols. Bank details submitted by merchant sellers are masked and stored securely for automated settlement payouts.
4. User Rights & Data Erasure
Under the DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to review, update, or request the deletion of your personal account information by contacting our Data Grievance Desk at sipifai.info@gmail.com.
