1. Dispatch Timelines

Verified merchant sellers are mandated to pack and dispatch orders within 24 to 48 business hours of order placement. Once dispatched, sellers assign a verified Courier Partner and Air Waybill (AWB) consignment tracking number.

2. National Courier Partners

Sipifai orders are transported through India's premier express logistics networks, including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Shadowfax, and India Post Speed Post.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

• Metro Cities (Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Chennai, Hyderabad): 2 to 4 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3 to 6 business days
• Kashmir & Special Regional Artisan Origin Hubs: 4 to 7 business days

4. Real-Time Tracking & WhatsApp Alerts

Customers can track live parcel progress directly in their Sipifai account (**My Orders**). Additionally, merchants can dispatch direct WhatsApp consignment updates with 1-click tracking links to the customer's phone.
